With full service interior design, We fully Design and manage every detail your project. from concept design to procurement and management, coordinating logistics and final installation, We do it all, resulting in the beautiful home you have dreamed of.

The Consultation:
the project starts with a visit to your home for a consultation where we assess your needs and wants for your space. We discuss ideas for layouts, materials, finishes and overall solutions as they come to mind. we review functional needs, what is important to you, style and color Preferences. This is a working appointment that lasts 1-2 hours and recommendations / guidance is given for the project. layouts, materials, timelines and budgets are all items on the agenda. We will also review our design agreement.
CONSULTATION FEE: $500.00
The Design Agreement:
a detailed Design Agreement and fee Proposal are prepared for your review. This document details the scope of work for the project, Our design fee, the Retainer, the payment terms, and the terms and conditions of sale. once The Fee Proposal And Agreement is approved and fees are received, the project is ready to kick off. Retainer and fee amount vary widely by scope.
RETAINER AND 50% OF DESIGN FEE IS COLLECTED
site survey & project kickoff:
true measurements are one of the most important elements of a project. We will bring in our architect to do a complete survey of the spaces involved in the project. During the survey we carefully take note of all existing conditions of your home, take measurements for drawings and photographs for our reference. At the same time we will meet with you for our kick off meeting where we begin the process of reviewing inspirational images, color palates, and functional requirements.
20% OF DESIGN FEE IS COLLECTED
Inspiration & Conceptual Development:
discussions at the consultation and kick off meeting guide us as we develop inspirational mood boards, floor plans, elevations and sketches. we work to solve the challenges of the space and begin to discuss preliminary color and material palates for each room. An informal conceptual Presentation will be given in person at your home.

Design Development & Final Presentation:
sourcing of Decorative materials and furniture begins for the project. We have relationships with the best to the trade vendors and source directly through those channels. We will develop a budget based on your chosen plan and will design to that budget. at the end of this phase, we will have a final presentation with selections to begin the ordering process.
The Final Presentation includes drawings, color palates, furniture, fabric swatches, and one colored view. A detailed budget breakdown will be reviewed as well. The goal is for you to be able to visualize what your home will look like once the project is complete
FINAL BALANCE ON DESIGN FEE IS COLLECTED
Project Administration:
it’s time to implement our design. We coordinate the procurement of all decorative merchandise, manage lead times, track deliveries and watch the project schedule closely for any delays. All merchandise that is ordered is received at a warehouse, inspected for damages, tagged and stored for install. Items that require specialty installation (chandeliers, hanging/wall sculptures, window treatments) are scheduled for install with their Corresponding professionals on a separate day. All other items are installed together at one time.
50% OF PROJECT ADMINISTRATION FEE IS COLLECTED PRIOR TO PROCUREMENT
